I understand that the session fee covers only the time and talent of the photographer, possible preview FaceBook and/or Blog images, online gallery and/or in person ordering session, and DOES NOT include any prints or digital products.All images are copyright protected. This means that any use, printing, copying, scanning or reposting of images is unlawful.Although I wish I could, I cannot control the weather! Rescheduling of sessions may be necessaryis the weather does not cooperate!Within 3 weeks of the session an online gallery will be made available or an in person ordering session scheduled.Online galleries, if requested will be available for 72 hours (three days)Happiness Promise: I want you to love your images and your experience. If you are not pleased your session can be reshot at no cost or your session fee refunded. Orders: I understand that it can take up to 6 weeks for me to receive my custom prints and products.
