A Special Place {Little Rock Senior Pictures and School Portraits with Personality}

Here’s something to know about me: I have zero sense of direction.  If I have two choices (like hypothetically left or right) you can rest assured that I will go the absolute wrong way.  I’ve learned to just embrace it and to plan an extra few minutes for travel to accommodate my “scenic routes.”  This session was outside of Little Rock in an area that I hadn’t been to before.  I tacked on an extra 15. When I arrived (totally on time and having only made one wrong turn) I knew it was going to be a great session.  Caroline’s mom had told me that this barn was their “home away from home.”  It is exactly the kind of special place that makes pictures even more meaningful.  Caroline was right at home and we had a great time capturing her with her horse in a place she loves.A girl is photographed outside of Little Rock Arkansas at her familyContinue reading “A Special Place {Little Rock Senior Pictures and School Portraits with Personality}” »

Jake 11 days New {Little Rock Newborn and Family Photographer}

Just look at this sweet little boy!

I was so happy because I got to photograph his older brother and sister as well.  Such an adorable family.   I just adore the black and white image of mama with her newest little man.  I am always so happy when moms agree to let me get them in the pictures.  It is such a special time and it passes in the blink of the eye.  So few of us feel “cute” or “pretty” or “photogenic” right after we’ve had a little one.  But, the truth is that we will look back and think how happy we look and how we looked pretty dang good for just having made another human!  🙂
