Sometimes a session just works. This was one of those! Beautiful couple, beautiful weather (despite a forecast for rain), beautiful setting. No more stress about what to wear for pictures! Keep it simple, keep it comfortable, make it fun!

This session was a total success, despite her fear that I was going to make her walk into somewhere there would be snakes. What she apparently wasn’t aware of is the “Snake Clause” I include in all my contracts. It states that in the event I see a snake, the session is immediately over and I run screaming to my car like a freak with my hair on fire.
So there were no snakes during this milestone photo session but there was a lot of laughing!

I had this picture in my head for a while. When Maddy booked her 8th grade session with me, I knew she was just the gal to use the turquoise door! With her love of music and innate talent it was a no-brainer to include her guitar in some of the pictures. She nailed the “what to wear” with fun colors and different looks that all suited her perfectly.
I just loved, loved this session and the images we captured!

This is one of those sessions that I just loved beginning to end. I adore sweet Nancy and her mom and we had so much fun capturing these images. We had to do a quick reschedule so we get pictures before she lost her two front teeth. A milestone that can certainly take a little girl and make her look like she’s growing up!
We had so much fun changing outfits, exploring, laughing and having sunflower fights!
